Carolyn Campbell’s Biography

Carolyn Campbell is an economist and financial analyst focusing on sustainable development, particularly water allocation and greenhouse gas reduction.  She has taught finance and economics at the University of Lethbridge, and history and social studies at Western Canada High School in Calgary.

She was President of the Calgary-Mountain View Alberta Liberal constituency association from 2005-6.

Carolyn is past editor of the Alberta Social Studies Council Journal.  Her current community volunteer connections include the Economics Society of Calgary, Calgary River Valleys Committee and EcoLiving Events.

A third generation Calgarian, Carolyn has a BA and MA in Economics from Yale University, an MBA from University of Western Ontario and a BEd from the University of Calgary.
